NTC Infra has successfully delivered a 60 million liters per day modern sewage treatment plant designed for maximum efficiency and environmental sustainability. NTC Infra has successfully delivered a transformative scheme for improving water supply in Madipakkam, Chennai, ensuring clean and reliable access for the growing urban population. The project includes 105 km of Ductile Iron Pipeline Network, a 9,000 House Service Connection (HSC), and a higher-capacity 50 lakh liter Overhead Tank—engineered to meet present and future demand. This initiative strengthens community infrastructure while promoting sustainable water management across the region.
NTC Group has successfully delivered a modern factory shed with civil and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) services in Melakarandai, Tuticorin, to serve as a dedicated Windmill Tower manufacturing unit. This facility is designed to accommodate large-scale fabrication processes, heavy machinery, and streamlined logistics for efficient production. With a focus on structural strength, functional layout, and industrial precision, the project reflects NTC’s commitment to support India’s renewable energy sector through high-performance infrastructure tailored for sustainable manufacturing.
A key contributor to Chennai’s sustainable water future, this 45 MLD Tertiary Treatment and Reverse Osmosis (TTRO) Plant at Koyambedu supplies high-quality recycled water to SIPCOT industrial clusters. Through advanced three-stage purification, the plant converts treated wastewater into reusable process water. The project reduces industrial reliance on freshwater, with NTC Infra delivering critical civil works, infrastructure for ultrafiltration, RO units, and support facilities.
NTC Infra has executed the strategic replacement of a 1,000 mm DI sewage pumping main with two parallel 900 mm CI pumping mains (A & B) spanning 6,135 meters from LB Road Relay SPS to Perungudi SPS. This upgrade enhances flow capacity, ensures operational redundancy, and strengthens the reliability of Chennai’s core sewage infrastructure.
NTC Infra executed the construction of the Integrated Chief Educational Officer (CEO) Office and Godown Buildings at Thiruvannamalai for the Public Works Department. Designed as the district’s education hub, the facility centralizes governance, planning, and monitoring of initiatives while supporting teacher management and student welfare. With modern office infrastructure and functional storage, the project enhances efficiency and contributes to quality education and student development in the region.
NTC Infra executed the construction of the Knowledge Centre and Study Centre at Kondichettypatty in Namakkal, envisioned as a hub for education, research, and skill development. With modern infrastructure and dedicated spaces, the facility supports independent study, collaborative learning, and professional growth.
